There are those out there that think complaints a bad thing but, if handled well, they are a great way of engaging with a supporter and gaining useful insights into your fundraising appeals.
We can give you guidance on how to set up a robust complaints procedure, how best to deal with complaints when they come in and then what to do with them once they are resolved.
We also report annually on the level of complaints that our members have dealt with giving you useful insight into what is concerning the public most about charitable fundraising.
