Financials and annual review
We are a not for profit, community interest company (CIC). We were initially funded by start-up grants from government but are now self sustaining through our scheme membership fees.
Our annual UK fundraising complaints report is a summary of all fundraising complaints received by FRSB members.
Key observations from the latest report include:
- Just over 18,000 complaints reported vs 3.9bn donor contacts made in 2010
- Only 12 complaints escalated to the FRSBs Stage 2 and 2 were escalated to adjudication
- Public most concerned about direct mail, telephone and door-to-door fundraising
