Latest Adjudications
We hold an adjudication when we reach the final stage of our complaints process. This means that we have been unable to resolve the complaint and have asked our independant board of directors to review the case.
The board then have the right to either uphold or reject the complaint based on the evidence before them. If they uphold a complaint, they are also able to impose sanctions depending on the severity of the case.
Each adjudication is judged against the \'Institute of Fundraising\'s and our Fundraising Promise. Each adjudication helps us to provide valuable feedback to the charity sector on the publics views on fundraising.
